W.E. Zinkan

William Edward Zinkan received his commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor on November 4, 1916.

He was elected president of the Alberta Land Surveyors’ Association in 1942 and made an honorary life member in 1968.

He passed away in October 1969 at the age of 83.
