Jerry Votypka

Jerry J. Votypka was born in Czechoslovakia in 1932 and came to Canada in 1968. He had graduated from university in Prague in 1954 with a BSc. in civil engineering.

Mr. Votypka articled to Albert Tonsoo and Morley Kolomyjec before obtaining his commission on June 9, 1972.

His survey experience included cadastral, topographical, survey control and seismic exploration. He was also a professional engineer.

He was on the Alberta Land Surveyors’ Association register until 1990.
