D.M. Hornby

 

Douglas Malcolm Hornby obtained his B.Sc. in civil engineering at the University of Alberta in 1950. He became an Alberta Land Surveyor in 1953.

 

Upon graduation from the University, he joined the Canadian Department of Agriculture, PFRA, in Medicine Hat. In 1959, he joined Underwood McLellan and Associates Ltd. He continued with the company and became an associate in 1964, elected to the board of directors in 1966 and was appointed vice-president in 1968.

 

He passed away November 25, 1973.
