Leroy Cokely

Leroy Cokely was registered as an Alberta Land Surveyor on February 24, 1911 and left Alberta to take up residence on Vancouver Island in June of that year. On November 11, 1911, he wrote to ALSA Registrar R.W. Cautley that he did not intend to engage in active practice in Alberta and desired to have his name withdrawn from the active list.
